plan is working o not
Brainstorm possible ways to foster Metacognition
- Explain the objectives to the students, so
they will know where go in terms in goal.
- Connect their prior knowledge with the new
ones.
- Explain them what is going to be evaluating
in a test, for example.
- And monitor them constantly, to know if they
achieve the objectives proposed before. Also
let them to evaluate their own progress in terms they will know what are their weakness
and strengths.

Automaticity and Cognitive Load
*What is Automaticity?
Automaticity is the ability to develop actions or do something without any
mental effort.
*How we do develop automaticity?
First, when we
learn something that information is has to be in use. We need to keep working
with that knowledge through repetition and practice.
*Create an example of how teachers can change
the amount of “extraneous cognitive load” on an assignment?
Try to find different ways to present a
material.
*When have you felt that you had a
"full" cognitive load?
When we
read a book and then we listen a presentation.
